Launching and leading the Amazon delivery station DNM1. Track and drive the strategic and operational goals and metrics, working with the key business partners such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering. Implementing performance and career management, learning and development and positive employee engagement.

Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership within the Amazon delivery station DHE1. Establishing performance targets and KPIs for direct reports and oversee the performance of third party service providers, ensuring that all service levels are met and exceeded.

Responsible for managing and leading the implementation of goals, standards and strategy of the Italian airports of the Air Berlin group (Bologna, Catania, Florence, Milano, Napoli, Olbia, Rome and Venice) with a total volume of ~1,000 flights and ~100,000 guests per month. Controlling and maintaining operational integrity, service levels, costs and safety requirements for all ground services.

Responsible to implement processes that fully satisfy all standards and procedures in regards to passenger-, baggage- and aircraft handling. Provide strategic direction and guidance to support the ground operations strategy. Design and implement initiatives and developments to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and lower cost per available seat kilometer (CASK). Establish performance targets and KPIs for service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsible to plan, organize and carry out line maintenance checks as well as unscheduled defect rectification on Air Berlin and third party aircraft, to ensure compliance with the relevant maintenance programs. Leading teams up to 10 persons with a scheduled nightshift work package volume of ~70 man-hours. EASA Part-66 Cat B1.1 AML on following aircraft types: Airbus A319/A320/A321 (IAE V2500), Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321 (CFM56), Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 (CFM56), Bombardier DHC-8-400 (PWC PW150)

Supporting the planning and coordination of various projects, to improve the operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of the Air Berlin ground operations in Stuttgart.

Project to cut time and cost for AOG downtime and provide transparency for the overall AOG recover process.
