Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege to consult companies and ideate services alongside the effects of social and technological trends. I believe in the power of diverse and inclusive societies to foster social cohesion and drive economic growth and innovation. Recognizing the challenges posed by demographic changes, I founded Nioomi. At Nioomi, we aim to eliminate the barriers preventing international IT talents from pursuing careers in Germany. To achieve this, we are building a high-quality international talent pool, using cutting-edge technology and algorithms to match international tech talents with German employers. Borders don't have to be blockers. We ensure that the talent's origin will no longer affect job placement.
